Food
Food care carefully picked for the benefit of children's body and brain development.

We have the following principle to follow:

Must be healthy Food
Bread--must be whole meal bread
Rice: Mix with Brown Rice
Multi-grain
Multi-bean
Milets

Vegetable
At least two to three different vegetable per day

Fruit
At least two to three different fruits per day

Each child will be trained to feed on their own for a good hand and brain coordination and independent character.

For children under 3 years old, we also facilitate parents to bring the milk power and feed them milk before afternoon snapping time.


Feeding schedules
The parent or physician of each child under 15 months of age shall provide the centre an individual written feeding schedule for the child. This schedule will be followed at the centre. This schedule must include the childĄ¯s name and will be dated when received by the centre. Each infantĄ¯s schedule shall be modified to reflect changes in the childĄ¯s needs as he develops. The feeding instructions for each child will be posted for quick reference by the caregivers.

Food Allergies
Please inform the staff if your child suffers from any documented food or medicine allergies - e.g. allergy to shellfish or Paracetamol - so that the appropriate safety measures can be taken.
